More About Me.

I am born journalist, writing articles in International Newspapers since 8th Grade. At that time my Mom was actively writing articles for National News Papers including JANG and Khabrain. I was inspired by her and we discuss current affairs, talk shows and other social and civic problems. My article in were appreciated by News Editors and Bauru incharges and encouraged me to keep writing.

So I choose jourlism in my Graduation, and I excel in my profession. I am in Final year of BA (Hons) Media Studies in Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore. I am currently also working as Production Associate in National Televesion Network, RJ on One of Top National Radio Station, and Writting Articles for National English News Paper. I will continue my studies and my aim to complete my doctrate in media studies.

Typically, a journalist will choose one area to cover for one medium, usually something they are already incredibly passionate and knowledgeable of. But I am lucky enough to have opportunities to serve all media of journalism

What I Do.

As Student of Journalism, I am still learning. I am proud student of Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore, where I learned a lot about all field of journalism including

  • Radio

    Radio Hosting, Editing and Production is one of my core expertise. We have best Teacher for Radio at Kinnaird to teach us in a creative way, that I got my Radio Job in first audition.

  • Photography

    I love Photography, and I have privilege to have DSLR, Zoom, Macro and Tele lens at home. I have excellent skills of Landscape, Portrait, Nature and Support Photography skills.

  • TV Production

    I started my mandatory internship on National Television, I was supported by team and provided me opportunity to learn all aspect of TV Production including Research, Guest Coordination, Program Coordination, Editing, Switching etc. I also work hard proven myself as good learner and hard worker. I am blessed to be production associate in my final year of Media Studies.

  • New/Article Writing

    I am good observer and reader. My habits and parents encouragement helped me to shine my writing abilities. I am still student but proud to me writer for National and International News Paper.

I was elected CR from very first semester and still I have CR responsibility. I am grateful to all my teachers, they work hard on us. We were provided opportunities of RJ as Radio Kinnaird, and guided us in Photography, Movies, Advertisement, News, Production projects. Such support enable me to excel in Radio, TV and Print Journalism and I become professional Journalist in 3rd year of my studies in Kinnaird College. My degree of BA (Hons) completion expected in May 2017.
